HighRoad is an AI-powered analysis platform for commercial real estate (CRE) finance. Users forward a broker email or upload a PDF and the platform structures the deal and generates screening memos with comparable properties, sponsor background, and risk factors, all with source citations. Co-founded by John Daniels (CEO; previously CEO of NavTrac, an industrial CRE intelligence company that was acquired) and Spencer Braun.
