What it is like
Small team. High bar. The program is the product, and the team's job is to make every retreat and Demo Day a forcing function for the founders we accept. Past Inception team members have gone on to start companies, invest, and lead programs at other organizations.
How we hire
By referral and direct outreach when roles open. For now there is no general application inbox — if you would be exceptional in a future role, email the contact page with a short note about you and the kind of role you are looking for. Genuine responses come through.
